Assisted European Commission as an evaluation expert on innovations funding programs. Was instrumental in designing M&A integration and divestment processes.
Viera Hrdličková
AdviseMe co-founder, consultant & FCCA finance professional, held various senior leadership roles in Finance and Audit. Viera has an extensive expertise across all finance functions, from establishing long-term financial strategy, through planning, analysis and reporting to controlling, audit, M&A and divestitures. Viera leverages her commercial finance background to deliver practical business advice and ask the right questions.
