Funding Support
We enable small and mid-sized companies to access diverse sources of funding by helping to articulate specifics of their groundbreaking innovation, formulate the strategy, co-write the business plan and the funding applications.
We guide and assist innovative companies whose disruptive innovations fit with the Horizon Europe program, seeking grant and equity funding or other types of public and private funding.
Our delivery entails the funding memorandum complemented by a robust and coherent financial plan, investor pitch deck and video pitch scripting, as well as preparation of the team for the investor interview. We also assist with the due diligence process.
Grant Management
From the moment of the grant preparation until the final report, we assist companies to fulfil the grant requirements and help steer the projects towards its successful completion.
We provide support identifying and describing the key components of the grant agreement, such as project tasks and deliverables, budget estimates and other variables.
We help establish processes necessary for an effective and diligent grant management on how to: keep the records, recognize eligible costs, ensure continuous & periodic reporting, claim payments and liaise with the project officer at the European Commission. If needed, we also guide you through the grant amendment process.
